This Privacy Policy explains how CN THANHHOA (website cnthanhhoa.com, "we") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP and other relevant Vietnamese laws. It is part of the Terms of Use.

The Website is an electronic information portal providing listing and online advertising services; we are not a real estate trading floor, do not act as a broker and do not take part in transactions between users.

1. Data controller and processor

We are the controller and processor of personal data collected through the Website.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: full name, phone number, email, account type (Investor/Project Owner, Contractor…), industry; passwords are stored in one-way hashed form and we cannot read the original password.
• Listing data: content, images, documents, contact information and location of the property you post (classifieds, jobs, properties, price quote requests).
• Quotation data: quotation documents, quoted prices, notes, files or links you provide; reviews of contractors.
• Consultation / investment-need data: name, phone, email, role, company name, country, industry, budget, land/factory needs and information you enter yourself.
• Payment data: transaction code, amount, time and payment status. Card/bank account details are processed by the payment gateway (VNPay); we do not store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, access times, cookies and similar identifiers; approximate region derived from your IP address (if enabled).
• "Ask AI" interaction data: the questions you enter.

Note: we do not actively collect sensitive personal data. Please do not post ID card/passport images, bank account numbers, health information or private life details in listings, quotation documents or AI questions. If you upload sensitive data yourself, you are responsible for doing so.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Create, authenticate and manage accounts; provide the features you request (posting, submitting/receiving quotes, saving listings, notifications).
• Display listings and contact information as you choose so interested people can contact you directly.
• Process payments of service fees; reconcile, issue invoices, perform tax and accounting obligations.
• Send service notices (new matching listings, listing/quotation status, payments) and, with your consent, promotional information.
• Customer support and complaint handling; prevent fraud, spam, attacks and violations of the Terms.
• Statistics, analysis and improvement of the Website's quality and experience.
• Comply with requests of competent state authorities and legal requirements.

We process data only with your consent or in cases permitted by law (such as performing a service contract with you or meeting legal obligations).

4. Your consent

When you register, submit a form or post a listing, you are informed of the processing purposes and consent by a clear action (such as ticking a box). Consent can be withdrawn at any time (see Section 9); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out or processing permitted by law without consent. Refusing to provide some data may prevent us from providing the related feature.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in these cases:

• With other users per the feature you use: contact information in public listings; quotations sent to the Project Owner; request documents shown to VIP Contractors under the Website's rules.
• With supporting service providers (only as necessary): the VNPay payment gateway; hosting/CDN/security providers (such as Cloudflare); analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and similar, if enabled); reCAPTCHA anti-spam; Google Fonts (only when viewing in Japanese/Korean); map services (OpenStreetMap/Leaflet); AI model providers for "Ask AI" (such as Anthropic, Google); messaging/chat services (such as Zalo).
• With competent state authorities upon a lawful written request.
• In a corporate reorganisation (merger, transfer of business), data may be transferred to the successor with equivalent protection commitments.

For "Ask AI", your question text is sent to the AI provider to generate an answer. Please do not enter personal information or trade secrets.

6. Transfer of data abroad

Some of the service providers above have servers abroad, so your data may be transmitted or stored outside Vietnam. We do this in accordance with Vietnamese law on cross-border transfer of personal data (including preparing an impact assessment dossier where required) and require recipients to apply appropriate protection.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Essential cookies: keep you logged in, security, remember language.
• Analytics/advertising cookies: measure traffic, content and ad performance (Google, Meta…).

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop some features from working.

8. Retention period

We keep data while your account is active and as long as necessary for the purposes in Section 3, to resolve complaints/disputes, and to meet accounting-tax and other legal obligations. When no longer necessary or upon your valid deletion request, data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires continued retention.

9. Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• to be informed about the processing of your personal data;
• to consent or not consent, or to withdraw consent;
• to access, view, correct or request correction of data;
• to request a copy of your data;
• to request deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing (within the scope permitted by law);
• to complain, denounce, sue and claim compensation under the law;
• to protect your own data and respect others' data.

How to exercise: you can edit your information in your account page, or send a request to hotline 0392290588 / email [DATA PROTECTION EMAIL]. We may ask you to verify your identity first and will respond within the period required by law. To stop promotional messages, use the unsubscribe link (if any) or contact us.

10. Data protection measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures such as: HTTPS connections, password hashing, access control, blocking direct access to document files (downloads only through permission checks), periodic backups, and incident monitoring and handling. However, no system is absolutely secure; you should also protect your password and devices. In case of a personal data breach, we will notify the specialised authority and affected data subjects as required by law.

11. Data of others and children

If you post personal data of others (for example contact persons), you undertake that you have their consent. The Website is for persons aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect children's data. If we discover it, we will delete it — parents may contact us to request this.

12. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to other websites (for example document links supplied by users). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy policies of those websites.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy when services or laws change. The new version is posted on the Website with the update date; for significant changes to purposes or scope of data processing, we will notify you and seek consent again where the law requires.
